We want you to love your planner. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right with a free replacement.

How to request a replacement

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
• Include your order number and clear photos of the damage/printing issue and the shipping mailer/box if applicable.
• Keep all original packaging until we confirm next steps.

Please note

• No refunds on physical planners; replacement-only for damaged or misprinted items.
• We cannot replace items due to change of mind, normal wear and tear, or incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
• If a return is requested as part of the replacement process, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Why replacement-only? This protects our small shop from abuse while ensuring you receive a perfect product.
